Local, Organic, Fresh and Homemade 

Baker & Spice is an award-winning food shop and restaurant with multiple locations in Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain and opening soon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We first opened in Dubai in 2008, and swiftly became an inspiration for sustainable, locally sourced cooking, all over the region.

Baker & Spice ethos has always been focused on artisan food. Guided by the seasons and ethical principles, our food philosophy is simple: local | organic |  fresh | homemade. It^,s all we do and we do it exceptionally well, in that order. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our kitchens. Our central bakery offers both retail and wholesale services across the region and is credited for introducing sour dough baking and artisanal viennoiserie to the region. 

During the growing season (October to May), we operate a farmers market where all our vegetables come from local organic partner farms and you can meet the farmers and shop for fresh produce every Saturday in Dubai’s Business Bay and Kuwait’s Qout market.
